  • We regret Marula Lodge is not suitable for children under the age of 6 years.

  • No pets allowed.

  • Parties/events are not allowed.

Payment:

  • A 50% deposit payment is required as confirmation of the booking.

  • The rest payment is payable on arrival.

  • We accept Visa and Master Card, EFT payment (South African bank accounts only) and cash payment.

Check-in & Check-out time:

  • Check-in from 2.00pm to 6.00pm.

  • Check-out till 10.00am.

​

Cancellation Policy:

  • 0-14 days prior to arrival or no-show 100% of the total stay will be charged.

  • 15+ days prior to arrival the cancellation is free of charge.
